Planning Area

The planning area for the Esquimalt Village Project is Esquimalt’s village core and includes several key municipal properties including:

• The old Municipal Hall, 520 Park Place, and the Public Safety Building
• 535 and 537 Fraser Street and the Recreation Centre parking lot
• Bullen Park (which is designated as and will be protected as public park/recreation space)
• Archie Browning Sports Centre and parking lot
