Recreation Centre hours of operation:

Reception, Wellness Centre (gym), and Aquatic Facility:  Monday - Sunday 5:30am - 10:30pm 

*Last admission at 10:00pm. Changerooms close at 10:45pm.

2025 Recreation Centre holiday hours:

• December 24 - 5:30am-4:00pm
• December 25 - 1-4pm
• December 26 - 5:30am-10:30pm
• December 31 - 5:30am-4:00pm
• January 1 - 1-3pm

Drop-in Schedules 

Archie Browning Sports Centre

The Archie Browning Sports Centre Arena will be closed for public use from December 25, 2025 - January 6, 2025 as we host the BC Curling Championships. Drop in skating will resume on Wednesday January 7, 2026.

*POOL SCHEDULE NOTES: 

Starting January 5th, 2026, During Programs & Family Swim (Sun-Fri 3:30-7:00pm and Sat & Sun 8:00am-1:00pm) there will be limited public space due to swimming lessons and advanced aquatic training. Dedicated space will be set aside for public use, including one lap lane.
