Council Meeting with Public Hearing

This meeting will include a Public Hearing for 734 Sea Terrace. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow a development consisting of 5 storeys and 19 residential units, with a floor area ratio not to exceed 1.79

Council meetings in Esquimalt are held on the first and third Monday of every month, unless the meeting falls on a statutory holiday. 

Council meetings are open to the public unless council passes a resolution to go In Camera to deal with issues of a confidential nature, usually related to finances, personnel, property or legal matters.
