Each department at the Township of Esquimalt is guided by strategic priorities set by Council.
Three times per year each department provides a period report to Council which describes work completed during the period in support of strategic priorities.
Reporting 2023 to current
The format of the Strategic Priorities report was shifted to remove Departmental tasks from the report and focus on Council-driven projects that are in addition to staff's operational needs. This is reflected in the layout of the period reports.
