A Regular Meeting of Council will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The first item of business is to close the meeting to the general public pursuant to section 90 (1) (a), and (2) (d) of the Community Charter to discuss to discuss personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; and, a matter that, under another enactment, is such that the public must be excluded from the meeting.
At 7:00 p.m. the open portion of the meeting will reconvene with members of the public permitted to attend.
