We are installing new sidewalks along two road corridors within the Township.
The first location is a 1.5m wide concrete sidewalk on the west side of Admirals Road between 434 Admirals Road and Bewdley Avenue.
The second location is a 2.0m wide concrete sidewalk on the south side of Bewdley Avenue between Admirals Road and Fraser Street.
Public Works crews will be preparing the site starting the week of June 17, 2019, with construction starting shortly thereafter.
As part of the proposed project, some boulevard trees will be removed with replacement trees planted adjacent to the new sidewalk. The project is part of a larger initiative to promote safe pedestrian travel throughout the Township.
