Esquimalt Council has scheduled a Special Committee of the Whole meeting on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 6 p.m. to discuss two reports referred from the CRD's Core Area Liquid Waste Management Committee.
- Considerations in Preparing a Community Benefit Framework for the Capital Regional District's Wastewater Treatment Program - Westland Resource Group; and
- CRD Staff Report Community Benefits Framework - Core Area Wastwater Treatment Program.
