The Township has assembled a development site in Esquimalt Village of about 87,000 square feet for a mixed use, high density, urban development project. The Township wants the development project to help strengthen the Town Centre and catalyze further development in the area. The Township intends to make the site available to the market, but wants to first confirm that there is sufficient interest on the part of private developers at this time. Therefore, the Township has launched a Request For Expressions Of Interest, inviting developers to examine the site and indicate whether they are interested in this opportunity.
