Each department at the Township of Esquimalt is guided by strategic priorities set by Council. Operational strategies associated with these priorities describe the various actions to be undertaken by Township staff to implement Council direction.
Three times per year each department provides a period report to Council which describes work completed during the period in support of strategic priorities.
