Notice of Disposition
In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Esquimalt (the “Township”) gives notice that it intends to grant an easement in favour of 1104488 B.C. LTD., INC. NO. BC1104488 (“BC1104488”) on the 50.5 m2 portion of Head Street shown in bold on Plan EPP135402 (the “Easement Area”), as shown on the attached pdf Notice. The easement will benefit the adjacent lands legally described as Lot A, Section 11 Esquimalt District Plan EPP69557 [PID 030-151-562], with civic address of 899 Esquimalt Road (the “Benefitting Lands”) by permitting BC1104488 to install, operate and maintain drainage works within the Easement Area until the buildings currently under development on the Benefitting Lands are demolished, deconstructed or otherwise no longer exist. The consideration for the disposition is the payment of $1,000.00 and other good and valuable consideration.
Council will consider this matter at its regular meeting of Council on the 23rd of September 2024 starting at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 1229 Esquimalt Road, Esquimalt, B.C.
