In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Council of the Township of Esquimalt (the
“Township”) gives notice that it intends to enter into a statutory right of way and section 219 covenant with
the Corporation of the City of Victoria (“Victoria”) on lands legally described as Lot 1, Section 10 Esquimalt
District Plan 38082 [PID 001-013-238], commonly known as Lampson Park, over the area shown in bold
below and described on Explanatory Plan EPP138249. This will allow Victoria to access, own, operate,
repair and replace as necessary the system of waterworks, in perpetuity, connecting between Fleming Road
and Lampson Street. The consideration for the disposition is the payment of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration.
