A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The first item of business is to close the meeting to the general public pursuant to section 90 (2) (b) and (d) of the Community Charter to discuss the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and a provincial government or the federal government or both, or between a provincial government or the federal government or both and a third party; and, a matter that, under another enactment, is such that the public must be excluded from the meeting.
