Municipalities, like the Township, are not set up to connect the public with available doctors.
Despite the message seen on posters distributed in the municipality in late February, township staff are not collecting residents' names for a doctor waitlist.
Those trying to be linked up with a family doctor must do so by registering through B.C.’s Health Connect Registry at https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/health-connect-registry.
