Pick up a FREE leak detection kit March 17 - 23
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is helping Esquimalt residents participate in Fix a Leak Week.
This year Fix a Leak Week takes place March 17 - 23 and serves to remind homeowners about the best practices for annually detecting and repairing leaks. These small household checks and repairs can make a big difference in saving water and potentially lowering your water bill.
Complimentary Fix a Leak Week kits are available at the Esquimalt Municipal Hall during this week. Stop by the lobby during regular hours (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) to get your kit!
Each kit includes everything you need to get started: toilet dye tabs for identifying silent leaks, a bag for checking your showerhead’s flow rate, an efficient faucet aerator and informative handouts to guide you through the process.
