Township flags at half-mast in recognition of the 2019 Day of Mourning

All flags have been lowered to half-mast at all Township of Esquimalt facilities today in recognition of the Day of Mourning—a day for workers, families, employers and others to come together to remember those who have lost their lives to work-related incidents or occupational diseases.

The flag will remain at half-mast until Monday, April 29.
