Esquimalt Together Against Graffiti (ETAG) is a program involving VicPD and a team of staff and community volunteers who clean up existing graffiti and respond to new instances of vandalism. The program is currently undergoing a refresh and is temporarily offline. We anticipate reinstating ETAG in the fall. Please call 250-414-7108 to report graffiti on township property.

Cleaning up graffiti promptly sends a message that tagging is not welcome in the area. Keeping private property clear of graffiti is also part of our Maintenance of Property Bylaw.

Esquimalt’s initiative to wrap electrical kiosks in a graffiti-proof vinyl laminate with scenic photos from local parks has been successful in deterring graffiti and making the removal of any tagging easy.
