Proposed changes 

In accordance with the provisions of S. 94 of the Community Charter, Council will consider providing comments on an amendment to an existing liquor licence for the property located at 1005 Craigflower Road at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Monday, February 24th, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Esquimalt Council Chambers, 1229 Esquimalt Road. 

The proposed amendment is to reduce the hours of liquor service by one hour in the evening to 12:00 a.m. and increase the hours of liquor service in the morning by two hours from 9:00 a.m.

Affected persons may address Council at that time or submit a written letter, prior to that date, to the municipal hall at the address noted above or via email to corporate.servcies@esquimalt.ca

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity for persons who consider they are affected by this change to make representations to Council. 

Information related to this application will be available for public review at the Administration Counter, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road, Esquimalt, B.C., between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., from February 7, 2020 until February 24, 2020, inclusive [excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays].
