Remembrance Day ceremony 2022

• Where: Memorial Park, 1200 Esquimalt Rd
• When: November 11, 2022 - 10:00AM to 12:00PM

Join members of the Royal Canadian Navy, Cadets, Royal Canadian Legion, Scouts Canada and the Royal New Zealand Navy in a Remembrance Day parade and ceremony.

There will be a parade starting at the Tudor House (Admirals and Esquimalt roads) that ends at the Cenotaph in Memorial Park (1200 Esquimalt Road).

Service changes

Garbage collection and yard waste for November 11

• The Canteen Road transfer station is closed.
• Residents who normally have their garbage collected on Thursday November 11 will have their garbage collected on Monday November 14, along with the regularly scheduled Monday pickup. No other routes will be affected by the holiday. 

Recreation services for November 11

• Check the pool schedule
• Drop-in programs
• The recreation centre will be open 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
