Neighbours helping neighbours

The Township and CUPE staff are collecting food in support of Esquimalt
Neighbourhood House.

This is the twenty-third year for the food drive. Donations exceed 2,000 lbs of food annually, all of which goes to families and individuals in need.

Non-perishable food donations are being accepted from November 24 to December 21 at the Township of Esquimalt Public Works Yard, Archie Browning Sports Centre, Esquimalt Recreation Centre and Esquimalt Municipal Hall during business hours.

Donations can also be left out for pick-up. On normal garbage pickup days, residents can place non-perishable food items in bags labelled “food drive.” A separate vehicle will pick up the donation.
