Property Information Letter

If you are looking for general information about a property you may submit a request to receive:

• A list of the Building Permits that have been issued for the subject property. (If you are looking for a copy of the plans, please submit a “Building Plan Request form”);
• The current Zoning and a copy of that zone;
• The ‘current’ and ‘proposed’ land use designations as per the Official Community Plan.

The cost of the letter is $52.50 per civic address.

If you are looking for specific building plans, you may submit a request to access the files. We cannot guarantee that these building plans are available. 

Requests

Requests must be submitted in person to Development Services, Township of Esquimalt, 1229 Esquimalt Road, BC V9A 3P1. Request's cannot be submitted by email, as payment is required at the time of request.  If you have any questions, please contact Development Services at 250-414-7103.
