The Municipal Council of the Township of Esquimalt will consider the Annual Report at a Council Meeting to be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions about the Annual Report. The Annual Report is available for public review at Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding Statutory Holidays, and on the Township website at www.esquimalt.ca.

Questions and feedback on the draft Annual Report must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 24, 2024. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be included in the meeting agenda published online. Comments may be submitted by:

• Mailing or delivering comments to 1229 Esquimalt Road, Esquimalt, BC, V9A 3P1; or
• Placing written comments in the drop box by the main door to Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
