A Regular meeting of Council will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Esquimalt Municipal Hall, 1229 Esquimalt Road.
The first item of business is to cancel the Regular Council meeting of March 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
The second item of business is to close the meeting to the general public pursuant to section 90 (1) (a), (c), and (k) of the Community Charter to discuss personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; labour relations or other employee relations; and, negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
