COVID 19 Update - Indoor Group Exercise

As per the recent announcement from BC Public Health, the following changes are effective March 30, 2021:

  • all indoor group fitness (high or low intensity) for adults are suspended for three weeks (until April 19 at midnight).
  • This includes yoga, spin, TRX, waterfit, and all other indoor group fitness classes.

Individual workouts and personal training sessions will continue as scheduled.
